Each member of our team developed a passion for it through valuation careers which allowed us to see and understand many types of real estate as we interacted with owners, developers, builders, lenders, and various consultants. Our natural curiosity leads us to constantly pursue a deeper understanding of how real estate can meet the needs of those who use and invest in it.
Our expertise ranges from the single-family residential market to the most complex of asset classes including hospitals, hospitality, heavy industrial plants, senior housing, and shopping malls. We are particularly attracted to clients who have a need for real solutions to real problems.

We are a full-service development and investment firm focused on ground-up and rehabilitation projects of retail, medical office, and multifamily assets throughout the state of Ohio. With a deep background of commercial real estate consulting, valuation, and brokerage services in all asset classes, our development team provides expertise in servicing our clients with accurate project underwriting, understanding of project risks, acquisition strategies, deal structuring, and collaborative project design and management that enables successful projects from start to finish.

With nearly 70 years of combined experience and representing clients in the brokerage industry, Koon Property Group brokerage services take pride in providing focused, quality service in commercial real estate sales and leasing. We are a boutique firm that specializes in providing class “A” service including representation of Tenants, Landlords, Buyers, and Sellers in asset classes including medical office, general office, multifamily, industrial, retail, raw land, mixed-use, and investment properties.
